Carole started working for Simply Better Services in 2004. She works closely with the General Manager, Operations Managers, Contract Managers, Area Managers, Site Managers and Mobiles Supervisors.
Carole arranges work schedules for mobiles , extra staff, periodic cleaning and non-contract cleans (one offs) and keeps the Quality control ISO9001 & ISO 14001 standards up to date.
Carole's role also includes contacting clients on a monthly basis to see if they are satisfied with the level of service provided. Carole records their responses and, in conjunction with our Client Comment Cards, these responses form a major part of the Director’s Weekly Meeting Agenda.
Carole is a dedicated Operations Co-ordinator who provides a strategic role within the company. She conducts herself in a calm and efficient manner affording all employees and clients the highest level of respect and consideration. Carole is committed to resolving day to day issues efficiently to the satisfaction of all.
