Reuben has worked as a Contracts Manager since 1991. His roles have included all aspects of cleaning including; office cleaning both internal and external, multi-sites, public buildings, public spaces, graffiti removal, window cleaning and ground maintenance. He has been responsible for setting up the Brent Housing Contract to improve cleaning standards on the Estates.
Reuben adopts a hands on approach to management. He is proactive, reliable and hard working. Reuben is conscientious and keen to see a job trough to its conclusion.

Nick is an accomplished Contracts Manager with over 20 years experience leading successful teams within offices, schools, retail units, banks, warehouses, hospitals, care homes, hotels and private homes. Nick is an expert in multisite contracts such as ITN, Boots and Tower Thistle Hotels.
Nick has an organised, methodical and practical approach when managing sites in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Ray joined the company as a Static Security Officer in 1993. Ray was promoted to Contracts Manager as soon as a position became available. In April 2011 Ray became a dedicated Site Contracts Manager for Southend Borough Council for both SBS and WINNS.
Ray is a hard working loyal employee for both WINNS and SBS who will always go that extra yard to please the client.

Linda joined Simply Better Services in 2011 as the result of a TUPE transfer and has a wealth of experience in the cleaning services industry dating from 1984.
Linda adopts a hands on approach to her role as Contracts Manager and leads by example in her dedication to attaining client satisfaction.
Linda has a cheerful disposition and demonstrates a commitment to achieving the aims of Simply Better Services by providing a cleaning service that exceeds client’s expectations.
