Leanne has worked for Simply Better Services since 2004. Leanne oversees the day-to-day running of Head Office in all aspects of administration and works closely with both Directors.
Leanne manages all financial aspects for the company and works with other members of the Senior Management Team to ensure everything is running smoothly and in line with company procedures and policies.
Leanne is a committed and valued member of the Senior Management Team. She can be relied upon to manage the Office Team in an efficient and professional manner. She has the ability to get the best out of people by working alongside them and is always willing to lead from the front.
Carole Bowen
Operations Co-ordinator and Assistant Office Manager

Carole started working for Simply Better Services in 2004. She works closely with the General Manager, Operations Managers, Contract Managers, Area Managers, Site Managers and Mobile Supervisors.
Carole arranges work schedules for mobiles , extra staff, periodic cleaning and non-contract cleans (one offs) and keeps the Quality control ISO9001 & ISO 14001 standards up to date.
Carole's role also includes contacting clients on a monthly basis to see if they are satisfied with the level of service provided. Carole records their responses and, in conjunction with our Client Comment Cards, these responses form a major part of the Director’s Weekly Meeting Agenda.
Carole is a dedicated Operations Co-ordinator who provides a strategic role within the company. She conducts herself in a calm and efficient manner affording all employees and clients the highest level of respect and consideration. Carole is committed to resolving day to day issues efficiently to the satisfaction of all.
